The other thing is this - we all have the same amount of time in a day, and time passes whether we’re healthy or not, but few things are more wasteful than time spent being sick.           • How is this different from other programs?

            This program goes far beyond weight loss and really focuses on teaching you the fundamentals to live a healthy and balanced life, before chronic disease sets in. Benefits include better sleep, more energy, more balanced hormones, better resilience to stress, amonst others!

          • How much weight will I lose?

            The amount of weight loss will vary from person to person. Those with more weight and inflammation will lose it faster. The first 10 is the easiest, the last 10 is the hardest. Everything in between will depend on compliance and efforts that you put forth. This program is designed to gently and safely lower your weight. The average person loses between 15-30 pounds in 6 weeks!

          • What will I be eating?​

            During the program, you will be eating a nutrient-dense, hypoallergenic, and anti-inflammatory diet. You will have an unlimited intake of certain foods (veggies and greens) with a balanced intake of lean protein, starches, and fruit. You will have over 100 recipes to choose from and lots of new foods to nourish your body!

          • What if I am on medication?

            If you are on medication, I will evaluate your case with a pharmacist to be sure that there are no contraindications. Those on blood pressure and diabetes medications will need to carefully monitor their levels since many patients experience complete normalization of their blood sugar and pressure levels. For those who are diabetic, Isuggest purchasing a continuous blood glucose monitor to track their numbers. 

            • Why do you suggest no/little exercise?

              This is a question that comes up often. The basis of the program is to reset your nervous system to a state of healing and repair. During the first phase of the program, you will be able to engage in yoga, walking, rebounding, sauna use, and any light exercise you were doing. There will be plenty of time after the first 6 weeks.

            • Are the results permanent?

              We designed this program to have permanent results. That's why we spend 6 weeks in the Maintenance / Lifestyle phase.  It's not about dropping some weight and then you're left on your own going back to previous habits. The results will correspond with your adherence to a healthy lifestyle.
